This 3-hour comprehensive course focuses on all aspects of strategic subscription club management, including club design, member acquisition and retention, and metrics and measures. Emphasis is placed on direct-to-consumer best practices and integration with other direct-to-customer (DTC) functions at the farm. This course is great for wineries, cideries, breweries, flower farms, CSAs, and all agritourism farms. You will learn:

  • How to create a club
  • Goal setting, measurements and accountability
  • Managing the club
  • Production levels
  • Driving change and generating revenue
  • Communication and events
